大约20-30分钟：听读课文约10分钟，测验5分钟，闪卡和写字5-10分钟。About 20-30 minutes: roughly 10 for listening and reading, 5 for the quiz, and 5-10 for flashcards and writing.

我的进度存在哪里？怎么备份？Where is my progress stored, and how do I back it up?

进度只保存在当前浏览器的本地存储中。在我的进度页面，点击"备份与恢复"按钮可以导出JSON文件，也可以在新设备上导入。清除浏览器数据会清除进度，请注意备份。Progress lives in this browser's local storage. On the My Progress page, the "Backup & restore" button exports a JSON file you can import on another device. Clearing browser data clears progress, so back up first.

中文、拼音、英文三种模式有什么区别？What's the difference between the zh, Pinyin, and English modes?

同一节课的三种显示方式：简体中文模式只显示汉字；拼音模式显示注音和声调轮廓，配普通话音频；英文模式显示翻译，配英文讲解音频。建议按英文→拼音→中文的顺序逐步过渡。Three views of the same lesson: Chinese mode shows characters; Pinyin mode shows romanization with tone contours and Mandarin audio; English mode shows the translation with an English explanation track. A good progression is English → Pinyin → Chinese.

有口语和写作练习吗？Is there speaking and writing practice?

有。写作练习提供笔顺动画和手写画布（汉字、句子、翻译三种模式）；口语方面建议跟读每课音频（影子跟读法），拼音模式的声调轮廓会帮您校准发音。Yes. Writing practice offers stroke-order animations and a drawing canvas (characters, sentences, translation). For speaking, shadow each lesson's audio — the tone contours in Pinyin mode help you calibrate your pronunciation.
