Stories deliver exactly that kind of "comprehensible input" — context helps you guess new words, the plot keeps you reading, and recurring patterns quietly turn into intuition.
相比之下，纯语法练习把语言拆成孤立的规则。你可能能背出规则，却在真实对话中反应不过来。故事把语法藏进有意义的句子里，让你的大脑按真实使用方式吸收它。Grammar drills, by contrast, chop the language into isolated rules. You can often recite the rule yet freeze in a real conversation. Stories hide the grammar inside meaningful sentences, so your brain absorbs it the way it will actually be used.
每天的五步循环The five-step daily loop
- 听：Listen. 先播放母语音频，不看文字，感受语音和节奏。Play the native audio first without reading — let the sounds and rhythm wash over you.
- 边听边读：Read along. 跟着同步高亮的文本再听一遍，把声音和文字对上。Listen again with the synchronized highlighting on, connecting each phrase you hear to the text.
- 测验：Quiz yourself. 做当天的小测验。答错没关系——错误是记忆的信号。Take the day's short quiz. Wrong answers are fine — they're exactly what tells your memory to pay attention.
- 间隔复习：Space it out. 把想记住的短语加入闪卡，用间隔重复法安排复习。Star the phrases you want to keep and let spaced repetition schedule the reviews.
- 动手写、开口说：Write and speak. 练几个汉字，跟着音频朗读。输出巩固输入。Practice a few characters and read the lesson aloud with the audio. Output locks in the input.

每节课都有英文、拼音和简体中文三种模式。把它们当作脚手架：第一遍用英文了解意思，第二遍用拼音跟读发音，之后逐渐只看汉字。当你能只用中文模式完成一课时，说明这一课真正学会了。Every lesson comes in English, Pinyin, and Simplified Chinese. Treat them as scaffolding: read English first to get the meaning, switch to Pinyin to shadow the pronunciation, then wean yourself onto characters alone. When you can finish a lesson in Chinese mode only, you truly own it.
